How can I make an order from the The Cooking Foodie Shop?

Once you are entered to the site, you can take a look at the product categories and subcategories. When you find a product that you like, simply click on it with your mouse, read all of the product information and choose the icon to add it to your cart. Then, simply follow the steps to submit your order, making sure that you add all of your info and of course, the address you want the order be delivered to (for yourself or a friend, in case you want to give it as a gift).

Will I receive the exact same product I see in the photo?

Of course! What you see in the photo is the exact same product you will receive. The only thing you need to do is complete your order! Leave the rest to us!

How can I be sure that my order has been received?

Don’t worry at all! As soon as you complete your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming that we have received your order and it is being processed. This is enough for you to understand that you have followed all the correct steps and after a while you will receive the products you have chosen.

Can I change my order?

Once you have completed your order you cannot add another item to your order. You have to make a new order and add a note in the “Comment” field on a checkout page so that it is connected with the previous order.
Since the turnaround time on packages are so fast, changing an order after it’s been placed can be tricky. Because of this, we recommend contact us immediately upon realizing that something may be wrong with your order. We will always do our best to make sure you’ll get what you need.

Can I cancel my order?

The Cooking Foodie Shop allows you to cancel your order, as long as the delivery has not left our warehouse. afterwards, cancellation of a transaction is in accordance with our company's product return policy.

How do I order a gift for someone?

When you order a product as a gift for someone, enter your email address to receive all summary information but enter the recipient’s name and shipping information. Also make a note in the “Comment” field on a checkout page to let us know that this order is a gift. We will be sure to keep all prices and receipts out of the package.

The company “Davidov David” is not responsible for any customs duties or fees assessed to your order. All fees are responsibility of the customer.

How can I track my order?

We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business day, please contact us at shop@thecookingfoodie.com

What if one of the items I ordered is defective?

The Cooking Foodie Shop makes sure to deliver the exact product you ordered in mint condition. Nothing less than this is acceptable! This being said, If for some reason, something happens to go wrong, no need to worry, we are here for you! All you need to do is send the defective product back to us and we will send you another one without any extra charge.
